.Rosemary D’Elia is an artist and teacher who works to contrast light and color, and dreamy abstract ideas with solid reality. She uses mixed media, watercolor, and acrylic paints to explore concepts of belonging and identity and find answers to deep questions using visual tools She  has worked at her craft through college, online courses, and in person workshops. She lives and works in Jeffersonville, Vermont.
